before deal is accepted, the Mets side needs to add either and additional MLB pick or a MLB player, for purposes of balancing the 25 man roster at drafts conclusion. After the draft and we all have a established 25 man roster, then you can make unbalanced trades but while draft is underway all trades must be balanced in regards to MLB players and/or Picks.
